Accessibility Statement for Alicia Pet Care Center

Alicia Pet Care Center (APCC) is committed to making our site accessible to people with disabilities. We are continuously gathering feedback and improving the user experience for everyone.

Conformance

To provide a great experience to everyone, we are using The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA). APCC has chosen Level A as a target for our website and we are fully committed to monitoring our site to maintain this level of compliance.

Third-Party Vendors

We encourage our third party vendors (online booking, etc) to provide content that is accessible and user-friendly, even though we cannot control their content that may appear on our website.

We also use a third-party plugin for increasing the text size on the website and for offering a high contrast version of the website. While we anticipate plugin to work as intended, we do not have any control over the performance of the plugin since it is managed by a third-party.
