This award was won because we have an amazing group of nine passionate doctors supported by eight registered veterinary technicians, and every individual at Alicia Pet Care Center, from our receptionists to our kennel attendants, that play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our pet patients (not to mention our 10,000 square foot state of the art facility equipped with all of the latest tools in veterinary medicine).

All of the staff is well organized, timely, and kind. The front staff answered any non medical questions I had, were attentively prompt and went beyond. The techs are very friendly and gentle, as is the doctor; there is a relaxed welcoming family vibe at Alicia Pet Care Clinic. Well worth the drive!
